At Elevate Endure, we’re dedicated to delivering your orders across the United States with reliability and transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines our current practices for order processing, shipping, tracking, and handling, so you always know what to expect.

1. Shipping Locations

  • United States Only: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Exclusions: At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

2. Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $9.00 is applied to all U.S. orders, regardless of location.

  • No Free Shipping: We do not offer free shipping at this time.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Estimated Delivery Window: Most customers receive their orders within 4–7 business days from purchase.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your unique tracking number

  • A direct tracking link

  • An estimated delivery date

6. Delivery Details

  • Signatures: Most standard deliveries do not require a signature unless the item is high-value.

  • Large Items: Oversized or bulk items may require scheduled delivery.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Carriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, you may need to pick up the item from a local facility.

7. Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days or your package has not arrived, please contact us at support@elevateendure.com. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Damaged Items

If your item is visibly damaged upon arrival:

  • Refuse the package if possible or notify the delivery agent.

  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@elevateendure.com with photos of the damage.

We’ll arrange for a return, replacement, or refund as needed.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if an item is missing or incorrect. We will ship the correct product promptly at no additional cost.

8. Modifications & Cancellations

  • Order Modifications: To change an order, contact us immediately at support@elevateendure.com. We can only make changes if the item has not yet shipped.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Supply chain or logistical issues

We’ll notify you of any expected delays and keep you informed with updated tracking details.
