United States Only: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Exclusions: At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).
2. Shipping Fees
Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $9.00 is applied to all U.S. orders, regardless of location.
No Free Shipping: We do not offer free shipping at this time.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Time: Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Window: Most customers receive their orders within 4–7 business days from purchase.

Damaged Items
If your item is visibly damaged upon arrival:

8. Modifications & Cancellations
Order Modifications: To change an order, contact us immediately at support@elevateendure.com. We can only make changes if the item has not yet shipped.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories included.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Please do not return items without prior approval from our team.
4. Refunds
