At Elevate Endure, your satisfaction matters to us. This policy outlines our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness for all U.S. customers.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Custom or personalized products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact us at support@elevateendure.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Please do not return items without prior approval from our team.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10–14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged product.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@elevateendure.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be processed and shipped, and a return will need to be initiated instead.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage or incorrect item

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you
